Challenge:
The private healthcare sector in Greece faced a common challenge—enhancing patient retention and engagement while making healthcare services more financially accessible. Traditional loyalty programs lacked integration with the broader medical and wellness ecosystem.
Solution:
Leveraging my expertise in marketing and customer engagement, I spearheaded the development of a first-of-its-kind healthcare loyalty program in partnership with a leading Greek bank - NBG. Through a co-branded credit card, customers could:
✅ Earn points on medical expenses, hospital services, and pharmacy purchases
✅ Redeem points for free or discounted medical exams, treatments, and wellness services
✅ Enjoy exclusive benefits at affiliated retailers, including stores for any kind of family needs.
To drive adoption, I designed a multi-channel promotional campaign, including digital marketing, direct outreach, in-hospital activations, and a magazine to inform any visitor, ensuring high visibility and seamless onboarding for patients and doctors.
